Personal Soul Journey Agreement: I, _________________________, understand and acknowledge that by participating in the AoW Program Journey, I am entering deep personal and collective soul work. I acknowledge that shadow material—including fears, wounds, limiting beliefs, and protector parts—will arise during this process, and that this is an intentional and necessary part of transformation. I recognize that this process serves my personal and collective growth. I agree to: Take full ownership of my internal experience, and how I respond to it, as it arises. Avoid self-medicating with drugs, alcohol, caffeine, or plant medicine (contraindicated while enrolled in AoW programs). Stay accountable to my inner work and own my reactions, rather than project onto or harm others. Use tools provided in the program to process discomfort before reaching out for group or external support Seek help from a qualified therapist or trauma-informed practitioner when needed Hold responsibility for any personal changes that may arise during the program (e.g., career, relationships, identity shifts) Understand that this is a group learning environment, designed for personal sovereignty, not one-on-one therapeutic support. Respect that my participation includes supporting others in their journey, just as they support me.

Group Conduct & Expectations As part of a shared learning community, I agree to: Respect the space, time, and learning of others Refrain from dominating, derailing, victimizing myself or emotionally outsourcing in group spaces Focus on my own healing without comparing or competing with others Take care with what I share and how, avoiding emotionally unprocessed or triggering material Support the collective intention of the AoW Learning Zone by staying aligned with its values of honesty, growth, courage, and responsibility

Boundaries Around Lucinda’s Energy & the Field I understand that: The field itself is the primary teaching mechanism Lucinda works 1–2 years ahead of the live teachings. This is how she meets with, builds and maintains the integrity of the field. Access through enrollment is to the field and its teachings, not direct energetic access to Lucinda herself. Ongoing access to the field depends on my alignment with its purpose: wound healing, feminine return and sovereignty

Intellectual Property & Creator Contributions: All content within AoW programs is original and the intellectual property of Lucinda Gray and Lucinda Gray Soul Guide Inc. (LGSG Inc.). This includes: Teaching frameworks, methods, tools, processes, and language Energy systems & Cosmologies Live or recorded teachings, written materials, and proprietary processes If I’m invited to contribute during a Creator Timeline, I understand: This is a voluntary and honorary contribution to the evolution of the work All content developed remains the sole property of Lucinda Gray and LGSG Inc.

Creator Timelines Lucinda may invite certain participants into a Creator Timeline, where they help beta test new programs, co-develop insights, co-explore new ideas led by Lucinda or reflect aspects of the field Lucinda cannot access alone. Participation in a Creator Timeline is: Voluntary Honorary For the benefit of the work Not an interpersonal agreement that grants access to Lucinda’s personal energy or authorship rights Participation does not confer ownership, authorship, or access beyond the collaborative moment All contributions made by participants in these settings are considered non-compensated, non-proprietary, and offered in service of the field. By signing this agreement, you: Acknowledge that all such work is and remains the sole IP of Lucinda Gray and LGSG Inc. Waive any claim of authorship, ownership, licensing, royalties, or future use rights. Agree not to adapt, teach, distribute, or repurpose this material without explicit written permission from LGSG Inc.

Community Ethics & Trauma-Informed Sharing This is a learning environment, not a therapeutic one. Here: Sharing personal healing stories or insights is encouraged to inspire or open others, but not for unprocessed emotional release. Refrain from using the group space for 1st degree emotional processing or support-seeking Maintain the integrity of the learning container by staying focused on self-responsibility, using the community chat group as an educational, not therapeutic, space. We recommend working with a therapist or trauma-informed specialist if you need personal processing support.

No Self-Promotion Policy We welcome collaboration, but this is not a space to find clients, followers, or promote services. If someone genuinely resonates with your work and contacts you after the program ends, that is permitted. Sales pitches, self-promotion, or client-seeking during the program are not allowed.

Kindness, Inclusion & Hate Speech Policy We are committed to free speech and a learning space free from all forms of harassment or hate speech. We do not tolerate discriminatory content in calls, chat, or group spaces. Lucinda and program administrators will determine if content crosses this line. Hate speech includes (but is not limited to) attacks or dehumanizing content based on: Race Ethnicity National origin Religion Sexual orientation Gender or gender identity Disability Immigration status Body size or appearance Serious disease Violators will be removed from the program without refund. (Hate speech definition adapted from Jess Joswick of Backbone Business.) This policy applies to all program spaces: chat groups, calls, and community forums.

Feedback & Repair Processes Lucinda Gray and the AoW Team acknowledge the limits of their lived experience and continue to unlearn bias, while honoring their own sovereign truths.
