This program exceeded any expectation I had going into it. It cuts through 100% of surface level behaviors and beliefs and gets very efficiently down to the root of where those surface level aspects of self come from. Through this program I was equipped and empowered to face inner friction and shadow, some of which had its roots in my life in ways I was fully unaware of. What is Multidimensional Heart?

Creator & Guide

Lucinda Homa Gray is a teacher, healer & visionary with 24 years' experience in the field of energy medicine, personal transformation, alchemical soul work, and field-building for collective healing and change. She was a teaching Reiki Master, Theta Healing teacher and Family Constellations facilitator before she started downloading & teaching Alchemy of Women in 2017. Since then she has also downloaded a Men's Program called Multidimensional Heart. Before dedicating herself to teaching and healing at 28, she worked in London as a researcher in think tanks and a freelance journalist, reporting from countries such as Iran and Iraq. She holds a First Class BA in English and French, an MA in European Social Theory both from the University of London, and a Postgraduate Certificate in International Geopolitics from Sciences Po Lyon, France. She is fluent in English, French, Farsi and understands German.

  • Am I a candidate for Multidimensional Heart?

    You are a candidate for Multidimensional Heart if you have committed to personally healing separation within yourself as a man, and thus within the collective masculine. And you do so in full faith of its positive consequences for all humankind, supporting creation and especially our beloved planet and Mother Gaia.

  • Do I need any prior experience to go on this journey?

    It is helpful, but not necessary, for you to have prior healing, therapeutic or self-development experience. What we do require is a level of personal maturity to own emotional or triggering experiences that are rising up inside of you, and for you to use the tools to deal with them inside of directly projecting them onto others.

  • Are there lifestyle changes I will be required to make?

    Yes. No drugs, alcohol or caffeine during the program. These substances impede your body's ability to be in a natural, interactive connection and communication with itself and thus the energies in the program.

  • I am scared. What will this program require of me?

    In order to be successful on this journey, you will be required to sit with feelings, realities and realizations that may not be comfortable but whose acknowledgement thereof is necessary for collective truth to come to light and the broader process of reconciliation to take place. You will be provided with tools, journeys and power sources potent enough to transmute this 'shadow material' into lessons which you and the collective masculine can grow and learn from. Therefore, the deeper and stronger you lean into the path provided, the more potent will be your results. In other words, with responsibility towards truth comes freedom from its shadow. And the opportunity to finally be of service in a way that serves ALL, not just the interests of the Egoic self.

  • Do I have to work to a timeline?

    You will work through the modules via the audios at your own pace, and share in the Slack group with the others when you need or want to. Remember, if you have big realizations or healings it is good for the program field to share them, as they can help other men working alongside or coming up behind you. You do it once, so they don't have to.

  • This is an online program. What personal assistance will I receive from Lucinda?

    As the Creator & Guide for AoW, Lucinda is equally behind this program, and in the Slack group. Her teaching style is one of personal responsibility, since that is the only path to true empowerment. However, if you get stuck on a piece of work after trying to do it yourself at least 2 times, you can message Lucinda directly in Slack and she will find the solution for you. You can also reach out in the general Slack group, and other students will be able to reflect their experiences back to you, which always helps.

  • Do I need a space to do this work in?

    You will need to prepare a work space within your home or office to do this work in. Creating a resonant and comfortable space for you to return to time and again has the effect of opening a portal where each time you work there it gets easier to connect with yourself and into the energy.
